Griezmann expresses desire to play in MLS

Antoine Griezmann has shared his desire to finish his career in the MLS.

The 32-year-old has been a key component of Diego Simeone’s Atletico Madrid in the last decade with the Frenchman having a brief spell at Barcelona.

Griezmann contract expires in 2026 and he has hinted that he may be heading over the Atlantic to join his former teammates Lionel Messi and Luis Suarez.

“I know that the club is in favor of being able to make an effort and we will talk about it.” said Griezmann of his contract situation in Atletico.
