Multiple organizations have reached out to Colts, and those discussions are happening right now.
The franchises that will try to secure Taylor include the Broncos, Packers, Vikings, Giants, and the Seahawks.
Indianapolis owner and CEO Carlie Irsay-Gordon and the running back met a few days ago and talked about the future of the player. The Colts owner likes Jonathan very much and would prefer the star RB to remain with the team and be part of the rebuild.
But the organization also knows how much they can win by trading him for the right price.
In 2022, the 49ers traded 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th-round draft selections to Carolina for RB Christian McCaffrey. Indianapolis would want a similar type of deal to let Taylor leave.
Jonathan, who is 27 years old, is under deal next year for 15 million dollars and 2028 for almost 10 million dollars, making him even more attractive to any organization that have an interest for him. The Colts already paid him a signing bonus of 15 million dollars before the campaign.
