Sacramento team having to work hard to secure victory

Sacramento Kings came out on top in a hard-fought clash, which saw them overcome Phoenix Suns 135-127 on Friday night.

Kevin Huerter was the starman with the 24-year old bagging 29 points along with nine rebounds and five assists.

Domantas Sabonis finished the game with 27 points, nine rebounds and nine assists for the Kings. Harrison Barnes added another 23, with Keegan Murray scoring 13, including three 3-pointers.

“Big win by our guys tonight,” Kings coach Mike Brown said in a post-match inerview.

“The energy in this building is off the charts.”

The only downside for Sacramento is the injury to De’Aron Fox, who came off the floor with 7:16 remaining in the third quarter with right hamstring soreness.

For the Suns Devin Booker scored 32 points, while Terrance Ross achieved season-high 30 points, with three 3-pointers, coming off the bench.
