English champions Manchester City are interested in West Ham captain Declan Rice after it is certain that Ilkay Gundogan is leaving the club on a free transfer to join Barcelona.
The management of the Citizens will have a meeting with the player’s agents and if Declan Rice wants to join the team, Manchester City will make their official offer.

West Ham have so far rejected two bids from Arsenal for Rice. The Gunners are preparing a third bid, after their last attempt of £80m was rejected by the Hammers.
