Manchester City are considering a potential move for Eberechi Eze from Crystal Palace as their bid for Lucas Paqueta failed, reports say.
It is understood that the Palace man has been under the City’s radar for about six months with the Citizens scouts impressed with his displays.
Eze received his first international call for England by Gareth Southgate in June and has impressed at Selhust Park during last season.
The 25-year-old has 2 years left on his contract and should City push through then it wouldn’t be too difficult to acquire the midfielder.
It is believed that the price Palace will be requiring will be around £70m.
