A frenzy end of somewhat tame game saw the Seattle team triumph

The Seattle Mariners came out on top 7-5 against Houston Astros on Saturday night.

The result was held at 3-2 pitch before a chaotic eight inning ensued, seeing the Mariners notch a 7 run and 10 batters.

J.P. Crawford led the way with two-outs, three runs as the Seattle team drew the score level. Jose Caballero followed suit with two batters and two-run double.

The Mariners unbelievable 8th inning began when Eugenio Suarez entered the pitch on a 3-2 scoreboard.

“It started with the walk. Two-out walk, couple of infield hits and it started just like a feeding frenzy,” Houston manager Dusty Baker said. “That was tough to take.”

From then onwards the Mariners marched on to a memorable victory and Crawford was at the center of the action once again.

“There’s certain players that just understand the moment and what the game calls for in that moment,” Seattle manager Scott Servais commented. “And J.P. is one of those guys.”
