The 29-year-old moved to Turkey from Manchester United in the summer, but struggled to adapt. He only made 8 appearances and was among the five players excluded from the first-team squad this season.
The center-back last played for Besiktas against Fenerbache on December 9.
Bailly played for Villarreal during the 2015-16 season before joining Manchester United for £30m.
After that the defender stayed for 7 seasons in Manchester United, becoming Jose Mourinho’s first signing. However, a combination of long injuries and poor form saw him made only 113 appearances in that period.
