Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso revealed Enzo Fernandez has shown a “really good attitude” since returning to the team, as rumors about the midfielder’s future at Stamford Bridge continue.

Man City, led by ex-Chelsea head coach Enzo Maresca, want to sign the Argentinian and think the West London team can still agree to a transfer.

“I see a fantastic attitude from Fernandez, and that’s exactly what we want from our players,” Alonso started. “Enzo is our player, and we are happy to have him here as he prepares well for our upcoming match in the Premier League.”
Xabi Alonso has refused to rule out the possibility of Enzo Fernandez leaving Chelsea before the close of this summer’s transfer window.
“Enzo is a Chelsea player, he’s a top, top player,” the Chelsea manager said on Thursday. “He’s training really, really well since he started… pic.twitter.com/YW4IqWctLt
