NBA TV sports analyst and hall-of-fame point guard Isiah Thomas is joining the Phoenix Suns in a front-office role with the team according to Chris Haynes.

The 61-year-old Thomas is most notably known for his hall-of-fame career with the Detroit Pistons.
He was a two-times NBA champion, NBA Finals MVP, 12x NBA All-Star, 5x All-NBA, NBA Rookie First Team, and an NBA Assist Leader.
Thomas doesn’t have any front-office experience but the last time he was part of an organization was when he was the head coach for the New York Knicks between 2006-2008.
He was 56-98 as head coach of the Knicks and before that he coached the Indiana Pacers and had better success where he was 131-115.
