McDaniels notched 25 points for Minnesota tonight.

Jaden McDaniels finished with 25 points for a career-best in the postseason and impressed in defense to help the Minnesota Timberwolves defeat the Phoenix Suns 105-93 and take a 2-0 lead in their 1st-round matchup.

Mike Conley and Rudy Gobert each notched 18 as star Anthony Edwards was limited to only 15 points after he scored 33 points in Game 1 but his teammates covered for him for another Minnesota victory. Anthony finished three for twelve from the floor.

The organizations head to Phoenix for Game 3 on Friday. The Timberwolves has held a 2-0 series lead only 1 time in organization history, vs. the Nuggets in the 1st round in 2004 and they won that matchup 4-1.

Devin Booker had 20 points, Kevin Durant scored 18 and 6th man  Eric Gordon had 15 for Phoenix, who again failed to show their explosive attack and were limited to only 93 points.
