The Blues got a breath of fresh air after turbulent weeks

Chelsea secured a 2-0 victory against Sheffield United in the 17th round of the Premier League.

Nine minutes into the second half, Raheem Sterling found Cole Palmer, who skillfully found the back of the net. The goal underwent VAR review for a potential infringement, but ultimately, it was confirmed.

In the 61st minute, Palmer gave a beautiful assist to Nicholas Jackson, who had no trouble scoring into an empty net. Despite doubts about a potential offside by a Chelsea player in the attack, the goal was confirmed by VAR.

In the 83rd minute, the hosts appealed for a penalty following a possible foul against Connor Gallagher, but the referee, Andy Madley, did not point to the spot. The three points sent Chelsea up to the 10th place with 22 points, while Sheffield are last with 8.
