Borussia got an important win before the crucial Champions League clash vs AC Milan

Borussia Dortmund won 4-2 against Borussia Moenchengladbach in their Saturday Bundesliga clash. The home side were trailing, but managed to turn the things around and get the three points.

In the 13th minute, Alesan Plea found Rocco Reitz behind the Dortmund defense, he raced past the defenders and with a precise shot scored into the bottom right corner.

Gladbach were able to double their lead in the 28th minute when Franck Honorat crossed the ball into the penalty area and Kouadio Kone controlled, weaved through the home defense and sent the ball into the net, leaving no chance for Gregor Kobel to respond.

However, Borussia Dortmund’s response was not long in coming. In the 30th minute, Julian Brand went on a solo raid on the right wing, entered the penalty area and crossed to the second post, where Marcel Sabitzer scored.

Just two minutes later, the home team leveled the scoring. Jamie Bynoe-Gittens curled the ball for Niclas Füllkrug, who controlled and fired past Moritz Nicolas.

In the last minute of the first half Borussia Dortmund managed to complete the comeback. Füllkrug tapped the ball for Bynoe-Gittens, who fired from the edge of the penalty area into the bottom right corner.

In the seventh minute of the added time Doniel Mallen squared it off for Borussia Dortmund with fourth goal.
