Chelsea managed to convince Manchester City to accept their offer for Cole Palmer and the English youth international will move to London, Fabrizio Romano reports.

The London side will pay £40 million transfer fee plus another £5 million as add-ons. Medical tests will be booked soon so Palmer can sign his contract before the September 1 deadline.
