LeBron James picks 76ers, will ink 2-year deal

LeBron James is inking with the Philadelphia 76ers on a 2-year, 8 million contract with a player option, his agent announced today.

LeBron spoke about his future on social media recently, revealing that he thought he was done playing after the past campaign before choosing otherwise.

“I didn’t lie when I said during my last press conference that I need to look at myself and decide If I still love basketball. I still truly love to be on the court, and I know I can give more to the game.”

By choosing Philadelphia, the NBA superstar commits to a 4^th organization in the league as he searches for a 5^th championship.

LeBron will try to break a 43-year championship drought for Philly, as he did in the past with the Cavs, after ending a 52-year streak without a championship for Cleveland when he triumphed 10 years ago.

This is most likely the final free agency decision LeBron will ever make as he will begin a record-breaking 24^th campaign.
