The American was dominant throughout the whole game and cruise past her opponent in straight sets 6-1, 6-3.
The No.60 in the world seemed to be struggling with fatigue as she had spent nearly 3 hours more on the courts in the past week.
Pegula took full advantage and completely trashed her defenseless opponent.
Tsurenko did manage to save a break point in the first set at 5-1, but eventually the inevitable happened as Pegula closed out the first set with just 28 minutes.
The second set was tiny bit more competitive, but still the American had the upper hand and managed to comfortably secure the match.
She will now face Marketa Vondrousova in her 1/4 final encounter.
