Stephen Silas no longer Rockets’ head coach

Houston Rockets choose not to pick Stephen Silas’ 4^th-year option on his deal, and he will not return to lead the franchise next year.

Silas was the head coach of the Rockets for the last 3 years, but on Monday, the GM of the franchise, Rafael Stone, will make it official that they are letting the coach go.

Stephen (49) became the head coach, and in his 1^st year, the team’s star James Harden was traded. Houston ended this season with a 22-60 record, as his overall record in his 3 years was 59-117.
