Argentina celebrate Copa triumph without captain Messi

Argentina returned on home soil yesterday’s evening to celebrate winning the Copa America for a 2^nd straight time with thousand of supporters but captain Lionel Messi was not part of the celebrations in Buenos Aires.

Messi becomes the player with most trophies in football history

Led by manager Lionel Scaloni and Ángel Di María, who played in his last match for his country in the final when they beat Colombia 1-0, the players and the coaching staff arrived to a firework display and the supporters celebrating their 16^th title at the tournament.
