The LaLiga champions’ sporting director, Deco, has spoken positively about Marcus Rashford’s impact during his loan at Barcelona.
The Red Devils striker has found his form in Catalonia and wants to continue his career in Barcelona permanently.
Despite having to fight for his place in the starting 11, Marcus finished the campaign with 14 goals in all tournaments, including a phenomenal goal from a free kick against Real Madrid.
“Rashford had an incredible impact on our great season despite coming on loan. It’s not easy to go to another team on loan, and even though he had the responsibility to replace Raphinha, Marcus did very well,” Deco revealed with the media.
The Catalan team’s sporting director also added that even when Rashford was on the bench, the English forward’s attitude was positive and he was doing everything possible for the team to win.
