Ipswich have inked striker Liam Delap from Manchester City in a transfer that could be worth up to 20 million pounds.
The forward has agreed to a 5-year deal which will keep him at Portman Road until the summer of 2029.
The young striker (21) and son of ex-Stoke midfielder Rory Delap is the newly promoted EPL’s team 4th inking in the current transfer window.

The Saints also had an offer accepted for Liam, but the footballer preferred to join Kieran McKenna’s team in an initial 15 million pound transfer which features an addition 5 million pounds in different bonuses if certain criteria’s are met.
“The head coach at Ipswich likes to play exciting football. It’s quick and intense, and I can’t wait to be on the pitch and be part of that,” Delap shared after his transfer.
Liam played 2 matches for the Sky Blues in the EPL and spent the past campaign on loan with Hull in the Championship, netting 8 goals in 32 games.
