Jon was seated next to his lawyer, and the pleas were entered on his behalf during a virtual hearing. An Albuquerque judge granted the lawyer’s request that the UFC fighter remain free pending trial on charges of assault and interference with communication during his drug test session 4 months ago.
The UFC star has pledged to fight the allegations. When the incident 1st became public, Jones labeled them as untruthful, sharing on social media that he had been taken off guard by what he claimed to be the unprofessional behavior of 1 of the agents and admitted cursing after getting mad.
Jon added that despite that, he didn’t threaten anyone or engage in any form of assault.
