Victor Osimhen expressed his full commitment with his current team, shrugging off speculations linking him with big summer move to a Premier League side.
The Nigerian striker has had an impressive season with 21 goals in 24 games and his blistering form hasn’t gone unnoticed in the big clubs.
Manchester United is reported to be keeping track of the 21-year old striker, while Arsenal and Chelsea are also on alert if anything were to happen.
Despite all the frenzy, Osimhen has pleaded his full commitment to the Italian side, having become fan favorite since joining the club in 2020.
‘We are close to the objective and cannot wait to make our dream come true, to make it a reality,’ Osimhen told TG5 when speaking about Napoli’s title charge.
‘The players always believed, we always thought we could do something exceptional, even when nobody else believed we could. The affection from the city is extraordinary, I have never received so much love. I can’t wait to celebrate with them at the stadium.’
Osimhem left Napoli supporters in awe last month when he declared he had a dream of playing in England, but recent comments seems to have negated that previous statement.
