Indiana will bypass the NBA play-in tournament

The Indiana Pacers are heading into the postseason with momentum on their side.
In a dominant performance on Sunday, the Pacers secured a playoff berth with a resounding 157-115 victory over the Atlanta Hawks.
The remarkable point total matched a franchise record for a single game and also solidified their position as the No. 6 seed in the Eastern Conference standings.
Securing a top-6 seed means that the Pacers will bypass the NBA play-in tournament. Myles Turner led the charge in Sunday’s win with an impressive stat line of 31 points, 12 rebounds, and four blocks.
This playoff qualification marks Indiana’s first since the 2019-20 season, signaling a return to postseason action for the team.
