The Georgian power forward scored 11 points in just 12 minutes on the court against Nuggets

Sandro Mamukelashvili  joined San Antonio Spurs at the beginning of March and showed his great abilities in the win against the first team in the West – Denver Nuggets.

The 23-year-old power forward, scored 11 points and added 4 rebounds and 2 assists in just 12 minutes on the court.

After the 128-120 victory, Gregg Popovich had nothing but good words for him. “He is a talented kid and we like his game. He has got really good athleticism. He is a player who knows how to play the game in the European style, and that’s movement. He’s smart, so I was thrilled for him. He did a good job for us”, the legendary head coach stated.
