NFL star Nathaniel “Tank” Jasper Del, got injured during a tragic incident at a nightclub in Florida.
The unfortunate event unfolded following a disturbance at the “Cabana Live” club, situated approximately 30 minutes north of Orlando.
Amidst the chaos, a 16-year-old individual discharged a firearm into the crowd, resulting in injuries to Tank Del and nine others. Thankfully, their injuries were deemed non-life-threatening, and they were promptly transported to the hospital for treatment.
The Houston Texans, Tank Del’s club, issued a statement expressing their concern and support: “We have been made aware that Tank Dell was a victim of a shooting in Sanford, Fla. last night. He sustained a minor wound but has been released from the hospital and he is in good spirits. We are in contact with him and his family and will provide more updated when appropriate but we ask that you please respect his privacy at this time. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone involved in the incident.”

Authorities in Florida disclosed that the perpetrator responsible for the shooting was identified as 16-year-old Christopher Buie, who initiated gunfire following the altercation within the nightclub premises. Fortunately, swift action by security personnel prevented further escalation of the situation.
