The school is polishing the final details. Big Twelve presidents and CEOs met today to vote on agreeing with the move, which indicates that things are very serious.
Arizona would be the 2nd Pac-12 organization to share its departure for the Big Twelve in the past 7 days, as Colorado did a week ago.
When things become official, Pac-12 will remain with 8 schools. Still, even worst news for them is that Big 10 commissioner Tony Petitti is looking to lure Pac-12 organizations Oregon and Washington to the league.
The transition of Arizona will leave Pac-12 in a very bad position as the league inked an exclusive deal with Apple. Still, both parties were unaware of Arizona’s intentions during the time of the streaming deal.
