Jude Bellingham has probably played his last match for Borussia Dortmund, who lost the title in a dramatic fashion on the final day.
The young Brit has been a center of speculation for a transfer move in the last couple of months and it seems he is already committed to joining Real Madrid, who are red-hot favorites for his signature.
Therefore, it is no surprise that Bellingham was seen handing down couple of farewell gifts to the Borussia Dortmund’s staff, despite the pain from their title collapse.
Dortmund needed to win against Mainz at home to be crowned champions for the first time since 2012, but failed to do so and could only manage a 2-2 draw. That meant Bayern Munich dramatic last-gasp win over Cologne, secured thanks to Jamal Musiala 89th minute goal, was enough for the Bavarians to lift their 11th consecutive Bundesliga title.
Bellingham was unable to play the game due to injury and had to watch his teammates from the bench.
