The Los Angeles team ran riot and deservedly won

The Los Angeles Dodgers defeated the Milwaukee Brewers in a comfortable fashion 7-1 to reach their 10th consecutive victory this season on Wednesday night.

The Los Angeles team increased their lead in the NL West to 10 games over San Francisco as they registered a staggering 61-22 record in the winning streak.

Five of the Dodgers’ seven runs came with two outs, including Chris Taylor’s solo shot in the seventh.

Kershaw allowed one run and three hits in five innings, struck out two and walked two in only his second appearance since return from an injury.

Brewers catcher William Contreras was called for interference in the first and second innings that led to runs, both times involving batter J.D. Martinez.

The Dodgers snapped a 1-all tie in the second with a pair of two-out runs.
