The Toronto Maple Leafs forward David Kampf inked a 4-year, 9.6 million dollar contract extension, the Canadian NHL franchise shared today.

Toronto also signed the restricted free agent forward Pontus Holmberg on a 2-season, 1.6 million dollars extension.
Kampf played the past campaign with Toronto as he notched 7 goals and earned 27 points in 82 matches.
David also had 3 assists in 11 postseason matches before the Maple Leafs were defeated by the Florida Panthers in 5 matches during the 2nd round.
Kampf has 35 goals in his NHL career and earned 111 points in 399 matches as he also played for Chicago Blackhawks.
The forward is coming off a 2-year, 3 million dollar contract he inked with Toronto in the summer of 2021.
