When QB Lamar Jackson walked onto the field ahead of the match, the stands were shouting “MVP,” or at least the section with the Baltimore supporters at Levi’s Stadium. After the Ravens’ 33-19 win against the San Francisco 49ers, it was the quarterback’s coaches and teammates claiming that he is the MVP this season.
“I believe Jackson had an MVP performance,” Baltimore manager John Harbaugh admitted. “It takes an organization to create a performance like that, but it takes an elite footballer to compete at that level — to compete at an MVP level – he must show it on the field. And Lamar was doing exactly that today against the 49ers.”
“Lamar can do everything,” Ravens WR Zay Flowers shared of his teammate.
