The struggling Brazilian may find himself out of Old Trafford amidst interest from the Middle East

Manchester United are contemplating offloading Casemiro amidst interest from the Saudi Pro League.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe, who is set to buy a 25% minority stake at the club, is believed to have given the green light for a potential transfer for the Brazilian, who was acquired for £70m from Real Madrid last summer.

The 31-year-old enjoyed a scintillating first campaign at Old Trafford, helping the Red Devils return to the Champions League and securing the Carabao Cup, their first trophy in 6 years.

However, a significant dip in form in his second season has led to many speculation about his future. His injury woes are not helpful also, as he is currently sidelined with a hamstring issue.

Should he make the move to the Middle East, he would become yet another high-profile name to join the highly lucrative Saudi Pro League.
