AC Milan wants to put an end on the transfer rumors around one of their best players – Theo Hernandez. The Frenchman has a valid deal until 2026, but the interest towards him is strong.
His name was linked with Real Madrid and Bayern Munich as both clubs are looking for new left backs. If Alfonso Davies decides to go to Santiago Bernabeu, than Bayern was reported as Hernandez’s most probable next destination. The defender himself put some more oil to the fire as before the start of Euro 2024 said he is AC Milan player, but whether he will stay or not, will be decided after the tournament.
Now, according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan management is preparing solid bid for his new contract until 2029. The Rossoneri will offer him 6.5 million euros per season, making him the highest-paid player in the squad alongside Rafael Leao.
✍️🏽 Theo Hernandez’s current contract expires in June 2026 and his salary is €4.5m. AC Milan will offer him a salary of €6-6.5m and a contract until 2029.
