Murray’s heroics included a decisive go-ahead jumper in the final seconds of overtime, propelling the Hawks to their second win over the Celtics in just four days. Remarkably, Murray single-handedly accounted for all of Atlanta’s 11 points in the extra period.
Despite Jaylen Brown‘s clutch jumper with 6 seconds left in overtime, granting Boston a brief 122-121 lead, Murray swiftly responded with his own jumper over Jrue Holiday, securing the victory for Atlanta.
Contributing to Atlanta’s triumph, Bogdan Bogdanovic added 24 points, while De’Andre Hunter recorded a double-double with 21 points and 13 rebounds, as the Hawks extended their winning streak to four games, matching their season’s longest run.
On the opposing side, Jayson Tatum led the Celtics with 31 points and 13 rebounds, with Kristaps Porzingis chipping in 20 points and Brown contributing 18 in a hard-fought contest.
