Paris Saint-Germain are ready to offer Kylian Mbappe a new contract, despite the big chance of another negative response from him.
It is well known that he wants to leave, and his contract runs until 2024. In the summer, there was serious tension between the bosses of the French club and the striker. He was even dropped from the team, but later came back. Since his return to the team, Mbappe has been playing very good and has eight goals in nine games. However, speculation remains that he will sign for Real Madrid in July and the 24-year-old could make it official as early as January.
However, according to French media, PSG are still hoping to somehow convince him and renew his contract until 2025. The offer of a one-year extension will be presented to Mbappe as early as next week.
It is possible that the deal will include an option to buy out at a significantly reduced price next summer.
