Holger Rune has chosen to continue working with coach Boris Becker next year after great results in the past several weeks since he hired the German coach. In the past month, the Danish tennis player hired ex-6-time Grand Slam champ Becker for the remainder of the campaign.
I am very excited to continue my partnership with @holgerrune2003 in 2024. We are building a team around Holger to bring out the best version of himself, on and off the court. pic.twitter.com/O3BaicY5VA

In his 1st tournament with the German tennis legend, Rune reached the Basel ½ final and won more clashes than he had won in the 3 months prior. After his semifinal in Switzerland, Rune played at the ¼ finals in the Paris Masters, where the then-champion Novak Djokovic defeated him after 3 sets.
Holger also played at the ATP Finals but left the tournament in the group stage after a 1-2 record.
Rune’s mother and manager shared with the media that Holger and Becker will work together in 2024:
“We can’t wait to continue the good work in the preseason and next year with our team, with whom we will also end the season.”
