Cooper thought about choosing UConn but, in the end, picked the Blue Devils.
Duke was the favorite all the time for Cooper Flagg as manager Jon Scheyer visited Flagg’s matches from his early days, and that continued to the matches that he appeared in the past spring. A lot of managers watched him play during the summer and tried to lure the talented player to their universities.
However, at the beginning of the autumn, only 3 schools remained favorites for the elite prospect: Duke, UConn, and Kansas.
Flagg shared that he is thinking about going to college next year, and he will be 18 years old in December of next year, which will allow him to be eligible for the 2025 NBA Draft.
