He injured himself against Bucks on Saturday night
Miami Heat took a 2-1 lead over Milwaukee Bucks in the first-round NBA playoff series but got a huge blow on their ambitions this season as they officialy lost Victor Oladipo until the end of the season due to a knee injury.
The MRI showed Oladipo has a torn patellar injury and will require his third major surgery in just over four years.
He picked up the injured with less than four minutes left on the clock of Game 3, as Miami led 112-88. The 31-year-old guard drove down the lane, getting past two defenders and slipped trying to prepare for his jump and grabbed his knee right away as he landed.
Oladipo has 42 games in the regular season for the Heat, averaging 10,7 points, 3,5 assists, and three rebounds.
