The Philadelphia team looked in fine shape as they prepare for next weekend's playoff

The Philadelphia 76ers defeated Brooklyn Nets in a convincing fashion 134-105 on Sunday night.

Both teams opted to keep their star players on the bench to rest for the upcoming playoff game over the weekend. That gave the opportunity for less regular starters to shine.

Cam Thomas was the one that grabbed the spotlight for the Nets as he bragged an astounding 46 points, his 4th 40 scoring games after he achieved this feat thrice is succession back in February. He was pretty much the only dangerous player in the Brooklyn squad as the 76ers had some difficulties containing him.

Shake Milton was the highest scorer for the Philadelphia team with 20 points. His main goal was chasing Thomas around and reducing his effectiveness.

Mikal Bridges was the only starter for both teams as he entered the field for only 4 seconds after deliberately committing a foul. That accounts to a 392 consecutive starts since his NBA career begun.

Both teams will meet again over the weekend for a crunch playoff matchup with much higher stakes.
