The Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers have re-signed forward Anton Lundell to a six-year extension, announced on Wednesday. While the exact terms were not disclosed, multiple reports estimate the deal’s total value at $30 million, averaging $5 million annually, and extending through the 2029-30 season.

Lundell, 22, scored 35 points (13 goals, 22 assists) with a plus-19 rating over 78 games in the 2023-24 regular season. The Finnish forward also contributed three goals and 14 assists in 24 playoff games, leading the team with five assists in the Stanley Cup Final against Edmonton.

Selected 12th overall by Florida in the 2020 draft, Lundell has accumulated 112 points (43 goals, 69 assists) and a plus-53 rating across 216 games.
