The Bavarians gave an ultimatum on the London team to state whether the 30-year-old is up for sale, but Spurs are yet to give an answer.
According to German newspaper Bild Bayern has already agreed personal terms with Kane and is only a matter of persuading Spurs’ chairman Daniel Levy.
Bayern have submitted at least one bid for the striker, estimated to be around 90 million euros.
There have even be suggestions that Kane himself is willing to buy himself out of Tottenham if the board does not proceed accordingly.
He has a year left in his contract, but seems unlikely to be extended. As the season start looms large it is in the best interest of both parties to find a resolution to the situation.
The transfer window closes in on September 1.
