Bayern Munich defeated Manchester United 1-0 at Old Trafford to send the home side crashing out of the Champions League on Tuesday night.
The Bavarians were the classier, more precise and overall better team as they dealt United their 4th defeat in the competition.

It was pretty even in the first team with neither team creating significant chances and the possession was relatively equal.
Nothing much changed in the second half as Erik ten Hag’s men struggled to take on the initiative they were so desperately needing.
That allowed Bayern more possession as the Bundesliga champions steadily stepped on the gas.
An elegant one-two between Kinglsey Coman and Harry Kane brought the Frenchman one-on-one with Onana and he was merciless to give his team 1-0 lead in the 71st minute.
That pretty much sealed the deal for United, which failed to create anything dangerous and finished the match with only a single shot on target.
Even if the Red Devils would have produced a miracle comeback, it wouldn’t have been enough as Copenhagen overcame Galatasaray to qualify second in Group A.
United finish bottom with only 4 points and a single win in what has been an utterly disappointing return to the Champions League.
