Karim Benzema has agreed to sign with national champion Al-Ittihad on multi-year deal on Tuesday.
The 35-year-old left Real Madrid after 14 years at the club, completing 648 games in total, will head to Saudi Arabia and is set to play against his former teammate Cristiano Ronaldo with Al-Nassr.
The contract is until 2026, but the team is yet to give details about the financial arrangements.
Benzema has bagged a club record 25 titles with Los Blancos, including 5 Champions Leagues.
The Frenchman led Real Madrid to Copa del Rey trophy, but they ultimately fell short in La Liga, finishing 2nd, 10 points off champions Barcelona. They were also unsuccessful in their Champions League title defense, crashing out to Manchester City in the 1/2 finals.
He bid farewell to the Bernabeu with a goal in a 1-1 draw against Athletic Bilbao in the last round of La Liga.
