Terms remain private, but the media learned that the deal is worth 75 million dollars, with 51 million dollars guaranteed.
The organization also exercised Smith’s 5th-year option, which will pay DeVonta a salary of around 16 million dollars for the 2025 season.
He becomes the 5th receiver in the league with a deal averaging 25 million dollars or more per campaign, joining Hill of the Dolphins (30 million dollars), Adams of the Raiders (28 million dollars), Kupp of the Rams (almost 27 million dollars) and his teammate, Brown (25 million dollars).
DeVonta and A.J. became the 1st receiver tandem in Philadelphia history, each with at least 1,000 yards receiving in 2022, and they repeated in the past season.
Smith has 240 catches for almost 3,200 yards and 19 TDs over 3 years with Philly.
