Arsenal will lose his sporting director Edu, who, alongside Mikel Arteta, changed the club in the past few years.
Edu, who played as a midfielder during his career at the Gunners, was key for the inking of footballers such as Martin Odegaard and Declan Rice and had been the key factor in all of the transfers.
The Brazilian earned a reputation as one of the best in his job as he did a lot of crucial things that allowed Arsenal to become contender for the Premier League in the last seasons. No more information is clear at the moment why Edu decided will leave his position, but the decision is made.

He became Arsenal’s sporting director in 2019 as he was signed from Arsene Wenger to play for the team before that and was part of the Invincibles.
The Gunners fans are waiting for more information about the reasons the Brazilian is leaving and what that would mean for Mikel Arteta and if his role as a head coach is in danger.
