Four Real Madrid players arrested for sexual video with a minor

Four Real Madrid players have been arrested on Thursday.

The investigation, which is being carried out by the judicial police in Las Palmas, is looking into an incident which is believed to involve the recording of a sexual video with a minor. The video was allegedly shown to other players as well.

At this early stage in the investigation, the names of the four players have not yet been released. Those arrested are from Real Madrid Castilla and the club’s third team.

Later Real Madrid published an official statement. “Real Madrid wishes to announce that it has learned that a Castilla player and three Real Madrid C players have made statements to the Civil Guard in relation to a complaint about the alleged broadcasting of a private video via WhatsApp.

When the club has detailed knowledge of the facts, we will take the appropriate measures.”
