The Friedkin Group has completed the purchase of Everton, finishing the turbulent tenure of Farhad Moshiri.
They bought almost 100% of the team in a deal worth almost 400 million pounds and Everton became the 10th EPL club with American owners.

Friedkin reached an agreement with the former owner of the team at the end of September, and they just waited for regulators and the EPL to give the green light for the deal, as that happened today.
The company, which operates in Texas, also owns Serie A giants AS Roma, but the conflict with fans recently put a big question mark on Dan’s ability to lead a club as the Wolves are near the regulation zone in Italy. Dan Friedkin has a net worth of over 6 billion pounds as of today.
After the news of his purchase, Dan shared an open letter in which he promised that he would represent the legacy of Everton in the best way possible and that they knew that the Toffees were a historic club with traditions.
Everton’s next match in the Premier League is on Sunday against title-contenders Chelsea at home, and even Dan Friedkin is expected to be at the stadium to watch his new team.
