Miami Heat player Jimmy Butler is expected to miss a few weeks with a right MCL problem sustained in yesterday’s defeat to the 76ers.
Jimmy was hurt on the final play of the 1st quarter in Philly. Butler remained on the court but finished with 12 points on 3-for-14 shooting, as the Heat’s offense struggled in the 2nd half after leading 12 points after the 1st 2 quarters, as Philadelphia won dramatically 105-104 in the end.

Miami will play against the Bulls on Friday, with the winner getting the 8th seed in the East and 1st-round postseason series vs. the Boston Celtics.
Miami announced that Jimmy will miss the match against Chicago today. Terry Rozier will also be sidelined as he still suffers from a strained neck.
Butler, an ex-Chicago and Philadelphia player, notched almost 21 points per game in 60 matches for Miami this campaign. Jimmy added that he remained on the court against the 76ers because he thought the “adrenaline would kick back in” and allow him to be his best self.
