The Nuggets leading man was once again unstoppable

In Sunday’s game against the Indiana Pacers, Nikola Jokic fell just one assist short of securing his 13th triple-double of the season, contributing 25 points, 12 rebounds, and nine assists. The Denver Nuggets claimed a 117-109 victory, with Michael Porter Jr. and Jamal Murray also delivering 25 points each.

The team displayed an impressive season-high field goal percentage of 64.8%, as all five starters reached double figures. Aaron Gordon added 20 points and 10 rebounds, contributing to the Nuggets’ strong performance at home with a 17-4 record.

Jokic showcased remarkable accuracy, making 12 of his 13 field-goal attempts and maintaining an impressive 81% shooting rate (85 of 105) over his last nine games. Despite securing the win, the reigning NBA champions faced challenges, committing a season-worst 21 turnovers and conceding 14 offensive rebounds to the Pacers, resulting in 20 second-chance points for the opposition.
