Philadelphia Eagles will get a chance for a revenge after their defeat in 2023

Patrick Mahomes led the Kansas City Chiefs to a thrilling 32-29 victory over the Buffalo Bills in the AFC Championship, securing their spot in the Super Bowl against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Mahomes accounted for three touchdowns—two rushing and one passing—while throwing for 245 yards. The Chiefs are making their fifth Super Bowl appearance in six years and could become the first team to win three consecutive titles if they defeat the Eagles on February 9 in New Orleans.

The game was a back-and-forth battle, with Buffalo leading 21-16 at halftime before Kansas City took control. Josh Allen and the Bills fought hard, but Mahomes’ fourth-quarter 10-yard touchdown run and Harrison Butker’s clutch 35-yard field goal sealed the win.

Meanwhile, the Eagles dominated the Commanders 55-23 in the NFC Championship, with Saquon Barkley scoring three touchdowns and Jalen Hurts accounting for four scores.

The Super Bowl showdown will be a rematch of the 2023 title game, when the Chiefs edged out the Eagles 38-35. With both teams looking to cement their legacy, the stage is set for an epic battle in New Orleans.
