The offer is rumored to be structured 55 million pounds at the moment and 5 million pounds in add-ons.
However, the Eagles want 70 million pounds for the England international defender after the 24-year-old made an impressive performance during the Euro 2024 in Germany.
The 2nd offer from the Magpies was just under 50 million pounds.
Marc has just under 2 years left on his deal with the London team, who will want to ensure 1 of their biggest stars does not run his deal down and leave without a transfer fee.
Guehi is scouted by a number of elite teams in the current transfer window as he joined the Eagles 3 years ago from Chelsea and has already played 111 matches for Palace.
