Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou shared he suffered cold sweats before week’s 2-0 loss against Man City for fear of having his integrity questioned.
Before the match Tottenham supporters said they want their club to lose in order to stop their rivals Arsenal to win the EPL title.
If Spurs didn’t lose against the Sky Blues, the Gunners would have needed a victory at the end of the weekend vs. Everton to secure the Premier League title, but now Guardiola’s side will win it with a win vs. West Ham at Etihad.
Ange was emotional after the match and caused a stir when he appeared to criticize Spurs supporters and suggested he was “out of step” with their feelings about the Gunners.
Today, Tottenham head coach was asked again what he thinks about the defeat against City and he answered that this was probably his worst experience as a head coach in a match because fans of the game around the world could question his integrity.
“That’s probably the worst experience I’ve had as a football manager in a game”
